An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join a well-established, high-quality Mediterranean restaurant located in the heart of London SW1.

We are looking for a hands-on leader with a proven track record in premium casual or fine dining who can drive excellence in both service and operations.

  • Oversee the daily running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and senior management to maintain the highest standards & consistent quality
  • Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
