We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Event Sales Coordinator to join a busy hospitality and events team in Portsmouth. You will manage event enquiries from initial contact through to booking, build strong client relationships, prepare proposals and quotations, and work closely with the events team to ensure a smooth handover.
About You
- Experience in events, hospitality, venue sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Confident, proactive and commercially minded
- Able to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines
