My client is a highly regarded, multi-site restaurant group with a growing portfolio of premium venues across London. They are now seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their centralised head office finance team. This is a hands-on payroll role reporting into the Group Financial Controller, supporting payroll across a diverse and fast-paced restaurant estate.
You will take ownership of payroll processing for a large hourly and salaried workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance and strong communication across sites. The role would suit someone highly organised, detail-focused and confident working in a busy hospitality environment where payroll changes, tronc, starters, leavers and site queries need to be managed thoroughly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll for a multi-site restaurant group across approximately 400-500 employees
- Manage payroll changes including starters, leavers, salary adjustments, hours and deductions
- Support tronc processing and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Liaise with site managers and central teams to resolve payroll queries
