Agency Chef – Flexible Shifts – Immediate Start Looking for flexible chef work across Manchester with immediate shifts available?
Change Hospitality is recruiting experienced Chef de Parties and Relief Chefs for temporary assignments across Manchester and the surrounding areas.
We're looking for reliable chefs to support a variety of hospitality operations, including restaurants, events, contract catering and busy kitchens.
Whether you're looking for regular agency work, additional shifts alongside your current role or flexibility around your availability, we have opportunities to suit you.
Immediate starts available, with various shifts throughout the week and ongoing opportunities for reliable chefs.
WHAT YOU GET £16.00–£20.00 per hour, depending on role and experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You'll be joining professional kitchen teams and supporting the delivery of food service across a variety of hospitality environments.
Day to day, you'll be involved with:
Preparing and cooking food to a high standard
Managing your section during service
Supporting kitchen teams during busy periods
Maintaining food quality, consistency and presentation
Following food hygiene, allergen and kitchen safety procedures
Working independently when required and alongside other chefs
It's a hands-on role, so we're looking for chefs who can adapt quickly to different kitchens and get on with the job.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Previous experience at Chef de Partie level or above is required -
You'll also need:
Food Safety Level 2 certificate
Good cooking and knife skills
Strong knowledge of food hygiene and allergens
Confidence working in busy kitchen environments
Good organisation and communication skills
A reliable, professional and team-focused attitude
Flexibility to work different shifts when available
Experience across restaurants, events, hotels or contract catering would be an advantage.
