Sales & Marketing Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £47,000 DOE + bonus
Working Pattern: Full-time
My client is an established hospitality and events business seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead sales activity, develop new business and oversee the marketing function across the venue.
This is a hands-on commercial role combining proactive and reactive sales, client relationship management, event planning and marketing. You will take ownership of the sales journey from initial enquiry through to event delivery, while leading a small sales team and driving new revenue opportunities.
The role would suit someone who is commercially driven, highly organised and confident balancing sales leadership with hands-on business development and marketing activity.
