We are recruiting on behalf of one of Poland's leading hospitality groups for an exceptional Restaurant General Manager to lead the opening of a brand new premium dining restaurant in Warsaw. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious General Manager looking to relocate internationally and play a key role in a high profile launch within a forward thinking and well backed hospitality business.

About the Job:
- Oversee the full pre-opening and launch of the restaurant

About you:
