The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an innovative pastry offering while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
The RoleAs Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the pastry section in the preparation and presentation of desserts, breads, and baked goods, ensuring every dish reflects the restaurant's exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and execute a range of high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked items.
- Maintain consistency and attention to detail across all pastry production.
- Assist with menu development and seasonal pastry creations.
- Ensure excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Manage mise en place effectively and contribute to a smooth service.
