Are you a creative marketer with a love for hospitality, content, and campaigns that connect? We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who’s confident owning the full marketing function, from socials and emails to campaigns and design, and who’s excited to shape the voice of a brand that works with some of the best names in the industry.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Email marketing that lands – build and send out eye-catching CV specs, offers, and newsletters and track performance and report on ROI.
- Content planning – own the content calendar across social and email, from “International Burger Day” to monthly client campaigns.
- Social media management – plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram and LinkedIn. Bring the brand to life with reels, graphics, and reactive posts.
- Website updates – upload daily content, write blogs, and look after SEO and PPC efforts.
- Consultant support – help the team shine on LinkedIn, creating posts and sharing relevant industry content.
- Brand design – redesign client proposals, brochures, and templates that feel polished and on-brand.
- Franchise marketing – support social, video, and email activity to promote our growing franchise offering.
- Partnerships & PR – connect with clients, industry media, and like-minded brands to boost our presence and build new audiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- A hands-on marketer with ideas, energy, and a love for hospitality and people.
- Solid experience running social and email marketing, with an eye for design (Canva or similar).
- Brilliant writing skills – from catchy captions to longer blog posts.
- A natural organiser who can juggle campaigns, manage calendars, and spot the next trend.
- A self-starter who’s proactive, resourceful, and keen to make their mark.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in hospitality, recruitment, or lifestyle sectors.
