An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to take the lead at a well-established, characterful community style Gastro pub in East London
We are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded General Manager with a genuine passion for hospitality, great food and drink, and creating memorable guest experiences.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, developing a strong team and driving standards across all areas of the business.

The Role:
Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business.
Lead, motivate and develop a talented front-of-house team.
Drive sales, profitability and overall commercial performance.
Maintain exceptional standards of service, food quality and guest experience.
Build strong relationships with the local community and regular clientele.
Manage budgets, labour costs, stock control and operational standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a General Manager within a quality pub, restaurant or food-led hospitality environment.
A strong understanding of both food and beverage operations.
Commercially astute, with a track record of driving sales and profitability.
A natural leader who can inspire, develop and retain a great team.
Passionate about hospitality, standards and customer experience.
