Were looking for a talented and experienced Chef de Partie with a genuine passion for Italian cuisine. Experience working in Italy would be a major advantage, but most importantly, you must have excellent knowledge and experience in making fresh pasta and pizza from scratch . This is a fantastic Monday to Friday daytime role, offering a great work-life balance. However, flexibility is required as events may occasionally require you to stay later and support the team. Whats on Offer £17.22 per hour - Approximately £35,800 per year Monday to Friday working pattern Daytime hours Occasional flexibility required for events ASAP start Quality-focused kitchen environment Opportunity to work with fresh, quality ingredients Great work-life balance The Role Prepare and produce high-quality fresh pasta from scratch Prepare and produce excellent quality pizza Work across the kitchen to deliver high standards of food production Maintain consistently high food, hygiene and presentation standards Ensure all food is prepared and presented to a consistently high standard Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team Support the wider kitchen team during busy services and events Assist with preparation and daily kitchen operations Maintain a clean, organised and professional working environment Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures The Candidate Were looking for an amazing and experienced Chef de Partie with a strong passion for Italian food with a 5* hotel, fine dining background. You must have proven experience making fresh pasta and pizza from scratch and be confident working in a quality-focused professional kitchen. Experience working in Italy would be a strong advantage. Youll be passionate, reliable and hands-on, with excellent attention to detail and a genuine commitment to producing high-quality food. Flexibility is essential, as although the role is predominantly Monday to Friday during the day, events may occasionally require you to stay later. This role would suit a talented Chef de Partie who is passionate about Italian cuisine, has strong fresh pasta and pizza skills and is looking for a great daytime opportunity in Battersea.
