We are recruiting an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead the front of house operation at a unique all day dining venue in the heart of Central London. This role is perfect for a manager who loves warm, polished hospitality without the formality of fine dining, and who understands how to deliver memorable guest experiences across relaxed lunch, afternoon tea, and evening service.

As Restaurant Manager, you'll take full ownership of the restaurant's day to day performance, setting the standard for service excellence while driving sales, profitability, and team engagement.

About the role:
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a professional front-of-house team
