We are on the lookout for an exceptional General Manager to lead the opening of Central London’s most exciting, fast-paced and fun NEW QSR concepts. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, loves building winning teams, and delivers outstanding guest experiences every single day.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Owning the day-to-day operation of a flagship QSR site
  • Leading, motivating and developing a high-energy management and front-line team
  • Driving sales, profitability and operational excellence
  • Delivering outstanding guest experience and brand standards
  • Managing P&L, labour, stock and key KPIs
  • Recruiting, training and retaining top talent
  • Ensuring full compliance with food safety, health & safety standards

  • Proven experience as a General Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up) within QSR, fast casual or high-volume hospitality
