The Role
As Head Baker, you will take ownership of the day-to-day bakery operation, leading from the front while ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing the team, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across the bakery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the bakery team, creating a positive and productive working environment.
- Oversee daily production to ensure all products are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Maintain exceptional quality control across all breads, pastries, and bakery products.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and minimising waste.
