Up to £85k OTE – £70-75k Basic + Up to £10k bonus

Location: North London

With a reputation for excellence and large-scale seasonal events, we are seeking an Executive Chef to lead their kitchen team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a talented kitchen team to ensure outstanding performance.
• Oversee all kitchen operations, from preparation to service, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Design and develop seasonal, innovative, and tailored menus to meet client expectations.
• Maintain the highest hygiene and food safety standards , ensuring full compliance.
• Collaborate with sales and event teams to craft exceptional culinary experiences .
• Manage kitchen budgets, food costs, and stock control, ensuring GP targets are met.

About You

• Proven experience as a Head or Executive Chef in luxury catering or high-end events .
• Strong ability to create custom, bespoke menus tailored to each event.
• A natural leader with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about food, presentation, and guest experience .
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment while maintaining top-tier standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset .
