An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Operations Manager to join one of North London's coolest event catering companies. Renowned for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences at weddings, corporate events, private parties, and prestigious venues, we are seeking a commercially minded operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced, events environment.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will take full responsibility for overseeing operational performance across the business, ensuring every event is delivered flawlessly from planning through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all operational parts of the event
  • Oversee event logistics, staffing, transport, and service delivery
  • Ensure exceptional standards across all events and venues
  • Drive operational efficiency and profitability
  • Manage and develop high-performing teams
  • Work closely with chefs, sales teams, and event planners
  • Maintain compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations
  • Support strategic growth and continuous business improvement
