Job Title: Events Producer (Europe) – Conferences & Exhibitions Location: East London-based (with regular European travel) Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Events / Conferences / Exhibitions A dynamic and growing events company with a strong reputation for delivering high-impact B2B conferences and exhibitions across Europe. There events bring together industry leaders, innovators, and decision-makers from around the world. As they expand there portfolio, we\’re looking for a passionate and experienced Events Producer to join our team and take ownership of the end-to-end planning and delivery of events across key European markets. The Role: As Events Producer, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the events – from initial planning and budgeting to on-site delivery and post-event evaluation. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors alike. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, production, and execution of conferences and exhibitions across Europe and London End-to-end project management, including timelines, budgets, logistics, and stakeholder communications Work closely with content, marketing, and sales teams to align on event goals and deliverables Source and manage venues, suppliers, and production partners Oversee delegate and exhibitor experience, from registration to on-site support Ensure all events meet quality, branding, and safety standards Travel across Europe for site visits and on-the-ground event delivery Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting to inform future planning About You: 3 years of experience in event production, ideally within B2B conferences and exhibitions Proven track record of delivering complex events across multiple European locations Strong organisational and time-management skills, with an eye for detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Comfortable working independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team Willingness to travel regularly across Europe Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus To Apply send a copy of your CV today.
