Job Title: Events Producer (Europe) – Conferences & Exhibitions

Location: East London-based (with regular European travel)

Job Type: Full-Time

A dynamic and growing events company with a strong reputation for delivering high-impact B2B conferences and exhibitions across Europe. There events bring together industry leaders, innovators, and decision-makers from around the world. As they expand there portfolio, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Events Producer to join our team and take ownership of the end-to-end planning and delivery of events across key European markets.

The Role:

As Events Producer, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the events – from initial planning and budgeting to on-site delivery and post-event evaluation. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, production, and execution of conferences and exhibitions across Europe and London
  • End-to-end project management, including timelines, budgets, logistics, and stakeholder communications
  • Work closely with content, marketing, and sales teams to align on event goals and deliverables
  • Source and manage venues, suppliers, and production partners
  • Oversee delegate and exhibitor experience, from registration to on-site support
  • Ensure all events meet quality, branding, and safety standards
  • Travel across Europe for site visits and on-the-ground event delivery
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting to inform future planning

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in event production, ideally within B2B conferences and exhibitions
  • Proven track record of delivering complex events across multiple European locations
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Europe
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus
