We are searching for an experienced events planner for a 5* hotel & resort nestled in the heart of the Hertfordshire countryside. This exclusive property hosts events ranging from corporate conferences to lavish weddings and high‑profile social events. They are now looking for a planner to work hand in hand with their clients, making their event run seamlessly and ensuring all details are planned to perfection.

Role Overview

  • Oversee high-end events from after the point of contract to operational handover
  • Own your events and act as the primary liaison, designing and executing unforgettable experiences for high-net-worth and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate to co-create bespoke themes, decor concepts, and attendee experiences
  • Manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and maximise profitability
