£45,000 – 48,000 per annum

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Events Project Manager to deliver a wide range of unforgettable events in London for an international client base.

This agency specialises in creating exceptional London experiences for overseas clients – from high-end corporate gatherings and product launches to glamorous private celebrations in some of the city’s most iconic venues.

In this role, you’ll manage the full event lifecycle: from taking the initial client brief and developing creative proposals, to coordinating logistics, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring seamless on-site delivery.

As you’ll be working with international clients, experience managing cross-border communications, different time zones, and overseas stakeholders would be a huge advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full event lifecycle from client brief to on-site delivery for London events.
• Develop creative proposals, coordinate logistics, liaise with suppliers, and ensure seamless delivery.
• Work with international clients, managing cross-border communications and time zones as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cross-border communications, different time zones, and overseas stakeholders (preferred).
