Overview

Senior Recruitment Consultant – Permanent Events and Executive Search at The Change Group (via Change Hospitality). This role focuses on delivering world-class London events for an international client base, working within a boutique agency environment.

Location: Surrey – Leatherhead area. Salary: £45,000 – £48,000 per annum.

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Events Project Manager to deliver a wide range of unforgettable events in London for an international client base. This agency specialises in creating exceptional London experiences for overseas clients — from high-end corporate gatherings and product launches to glamorous private celebrations in some of the city’s most iconic venues.

In this role, you’ll manage the full event lifecycle: from taking the initial client brief and developing creative proposals, to coordinating logistics, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring seamless on-site delivery.

As you’ll be working with international clients, experience managing cross-border communications, different time zones, and overseas stakeholders would be a huge advantage.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience managing cross-border communications and international client relationships is advantageous.
