We have a mixture of short-term, long-term and ad-hoc assignments , with many roles offering daytime, weekday and weekend hours ideal for chefs looking for more flexibility and work-life balance. We are looking for: Commis Chefs Chefs de Partie Sous Chefs What we can offer: Daytime shifts at many sites Short-term and ongoing assignments Flexible availability work around your existing commitments Weekday and weekend opportunities depending on the site Work across established Healthcare clients throughout London What we are looking for: Previous experience working as a chef in a professional kitchen Experience in schools, hospitals or contract catering would be beneficial Good knowledge of food safety, allergens and dietary requirements Food Hygiene Level 2 or above Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is highly desirable If you do not currently have an Enhanced DBS, we can discuss the application process with suitable candidates Right to work in the UK Reliable and professional approach Knowledge of kosher cuisine would be beneficial You may be preparing fresh meals from set menus, supporting special diets and allergens, completing kitchen paperwork and working independently or as part of an established kitchen team. We are particularly interested in chefs who are already Enhanced DBS cleared and available for immediate work .
