Conference Coordinator City of London £26k My client, an established Serviced Office Group based in London are looking for a Conference Coordinator to join their extremely busy and friendly team based out of their flagship offices in the city. As Conference Coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing the bookings and management of the offices meeting and conference rooms including all AV and catering needs. As Conference Coordinator you will come from the serviced office or hospitality industry and be passionate and enthusiastic about customer service. The meeting rooms collectively hold up to 800 pax and are booked out weekly so this is a very fast paced role that needs someone who is extremely organised and has exceptional attention to detail. You will be meeting and greeting clients ensuring they have a premium service so you will naturally be a bubbly and confident peoples person who will have the ability to adapt to multiple personalities. The role is predominately Monday Friday 8:30-5:30 with the odd midweek evening event being held so some flexibility is required but there are no weekends! Apply now if this sounds like it…
