The Role As Chef de Partie, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, working closely with the senior brigade to ensure every dish is delivered to an exceptional standard. Your responsibilities will include: Taking responsibility for your designated section and ensuring it runs efficiently throughout service. Working confidently across every section of the kitchen , supporting the wider brigade wherever needed. Preparing and delivering high-quality, authentic Italian dishes with precision and consistency. Ensuring mise en place is completed to the highest standard ahead of service. Maintaining excellent standards of food quality, presentation and timing. Working closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chefs and wider team to ensure smooth service. Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen organisation. Managing stock rotation, minimising waste and using ingredients efficiently. Supporting junior members of the team and contributing to a positive kitchen culture. Remaining calm, organised and focused during busy services. The Ideal Candidate We're looking for a chef who is passionate about food, takes pride in their work and wants to be part of an ambitious culinary team. You'll ideally have: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to progress. A genuine passion for authentic Italian cuisine and quality ingredients. The confidence and flexibility to work across all sections of the kitchen . Strong preparation, cooking and presentation skills. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to consistency. The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, strong work ethic and a team-first mentality. A desire to learn, develop and contribute to an exceptional kitchen.
