Bars Manager
Bromley | £40,000 per annum
We are working with a leading sports and events venue in South London to recruit an experienced Bars Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a busy, high-volume bar and hospitality operation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is confident leading teams across matchdays, events and busy service periods.
The Role
Lead and develop the bar team, ensuring consistently high service standards
Oversee day-to-day bar operations, stock control and ordering
Manage staffing, rotas and training
Drive sales while maintaining strong cost and operational controls
Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety and company standards
Support the delivery of matchday, event and corporate hospitality operations
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience managing a busy bar or high-volume hospitality operation
Strong team leadership and people-management skills
Commercially aware with experience of stock and GP control
Confident working in a fast-paced events or sports environment
Hands-on, organised and customer-focused
Salary: £40,000 per annum & excellent company benefits
