You will work closely with the Executive Chef to lead the kitchen team, ensuring consistency, quality, and smooth delivery across all services. While this is a Monday to Friday role, flexibility is essential, as hours may vary depending on events, functions, and business needs.

  • Calm, organised, and solutions-driven approach
  • Flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to changing service demands

The Offer
