About the Site:
- The venue caters for around 1,000 covers weekly across several exciting food concepts, including:
- Deli & Retail Offering
- Morning coffee and freshly baked patisserie selection
- Contemporary deli counter with seasonal lunch dishes
- Main Restaurant
- Breakfast service featuring made-to-order eggs and healthy breakfast options
- Busy lunchtime staff dining operation
- Freshly prepared grab-and-go selection
- Street Food Kitchen

The Opportunity:
Reporting into the Site Director, the successful Head Chef will take overall responsibility for the kitchen operation and lead a brigade consisting of:
- Sous Chef
- 4 Chef de Parties
- 3 Kitchen Porters
Key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all day-to-day kitchen operations
- Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation standards
- Designing fresh, innovative menus across retail and hospitality areas
- Inspiring and developing a motivated kitchen team
- Managing stock, GP, and kitchen compliance procedures
- Driving creativity through seasonal dishes and evolving food concepts
