We are currently recruiting for a talented and reliable Hospitality Chef de Partie to join a high-quality, fast-paced catering operation based near Canary Wharf on an ongoing assignment with the opportunity to secure a permanent position. This is a fantastic opportunity offering a great work-life balance, with predominantly daytime hours and a Monday to Friday schedule. Some evenings might be required.
The Role:
- Working across hospitality kitchen environments: fine dining and events
- Supporting the delivery of fresh, high-quality food
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Assisting with prep, service, and smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
What We're Looking For:
- A strong Chef de Partie with previous experience in busy kitchens whether in a 5* hotel, Michelin Star or AA Rosettes
- Confident working across different menus: Events canapes, high end bowl food, A la carte fine dining
- Reliable, proactive, and a team player
- Level 2+ Hospitality qualifications
- Available to start immediately
