We are recruiting chefs for casual, temporary and ongoing assignments in Contract Catering, Retail and Corporate Hospitality fine dining and events. Locations may include: West London (Holborn, Covent Garden, Hammersmith. Etc) Central London (City of London, Islington, Camden) and East London (Canary Wharf) The roles are ideal for chefs seeking flexible work during weekdays, evenings, or a combination - depending on site and demand. Requirements : Relevant professional chef experience. Good knowledge of food safety and allergens (Food Hygiene level 2 or higher). Valid Basic DBS, or willingness to apply for one. Right to work in the UK. The role: Preparing and cooking fresh, nutritious meals. Working on set menus and dietary requirements. Maintaining food safety, hygiene and allergen standards. Operating in structured, professional kitchens. We welcome chefs with experience in a wide range of cuisines.
