My client is a well-established exhibitions and live events business with a strong portfolio of high-profile events. They are now seeking an experienced Head of Exhibition Sponsorship to lead and scale the commercial sponsorship offering across the business. This is a senior, revenue-driving role with full ownership of sponsorship strategy, partner acquisition and account growth. You will work closely with internal marketing, content and delivery teams to develop commercially strong, creatively compelling partnerships that deliver long-term value. The role will suit a commercially minded sponsorship leader who enjoys building relationships, shaping strategy and converting opportunities into sustainable revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the sponsorship strategy across a portfolio of exhibitions and live events
  • Drive new sponsorship revenue while growing and retaining existing partners
  • Build and manage senior-level brand and sponsor relationships
  • Lead sponsorship sales pipelines, proposals and commercial negotiations
  • Develop tailored sponsorship packages and pricing models
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content and event delivery teams to maximise partner value
  • Manage, mentor and develop a small commercial team

  • Proven experience in exhibition or live event sponsorship sales
  • Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable track record of revenue growth
  • Confident operating at senior stakeholder and partner level
