Are you an experienced account manager looking for a role that blends client relationship management with event management? This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of high-profile clients in the events sector, driving growth while mentoring a small team. You’ll be responsible for managing key accounts, securing new business, and ensuring outstanding service delivery, all while contributing to strategic planning and the ongoing development of your team.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage a small team, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management.
  • Own a portfolio of high-value client accounts, building long-term relationships and maximising growth opportunities.
  • Develop strategic account plans, ensuring client needs are anticipated and met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior clients, managing expectations and resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Support the sales process by identifying opportunities, pitching new solutions, and contributing to proposals.
  • Monitor performance metrics, track revenue, and support business planning initiatives.
