What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading day to day F&B operations across restaurant, bar, and beachfront service
- Setting the tone on the floor with visible leadership, high standards, great vibes
- Inspiring, training, and developing a diverse, energetic team
- Ensuring smooth service during busy, high energy periods
- Managing costs, stock, suppliers, and margins without losing the magic
- Working closely with senior leadership on menus, events, and guest experiences
- Creating a space guests return to again and again
