My client is seeking a commercially driven Head of Sales & Partnerships to lead revenue growth across a fast-growing luxury hospitality and events platform operating across the UK and Internationally. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for driving commercial performance across partnerships, sponsorship, events and venue bookings, while working closely with the founder to shape and execute the business’s next phase of growth.
You will own commercial strategy while personally leading key deals, building long-term partnerships with luxury hotels, venues and brands, and ensuring strong delivery across a busy calendar of high-profile events.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and exceed revenue targets across partnerships, sponsorship, events and bookings
- Define and execute a group-wide commercial and sales strategy
- Secure and grow strategic partnerships with luxury hotels, venues and hospitality brands
- Create and sell sponsorship and exhibitor packages across multiple flagship events
- Drive new business while growing and renewing existing partner accounts
- Lead commercial negotiations, renewals and upsell opportunities
- Work closely with events and marketing teams to maximise partner value and ROI
- Act as a senior commercial presence at key events and industry networking opportunities
About You
- Proven senior commercial, sales or partnerships experience within hospitality, luxury, travel, events or platforms
- Strong track record of personally closing sponsorship, partnership or event-led revenue
- Established network across hotels, venues, hospitality brands or luxury partners
- Commercially sharp, highly organised and confident working autonomously
- Comfortable operating in a lean, founder-led environment
- Naturally relationship-led, sociable and confident in client-facing settings
