We’re looking for a confident, charismatic Food & Beverage Manager to take the reins of a vibrant restaurant and stylish bar, delivering exceptional service by day and a lively, social atmosphere by night. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves the buzz of hospitality as much as the lifestyle that comes with it.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading day to day F&B operations across restaurant, bar, and beachfront service
- Setting the tone on the floor with visible leadership, high standards, great vibes
- Inspiring, training, and developing a diverse, energetic team
- Ensuring smooth service during busy, high energy periods
- Managing costs, stock, suppliers, and margins without losing the magic
