We’re partnering with a leading high-end London catering company renowned for delivering exceptional event catering across corporate, private, and large-scale events. As they continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Senior Event Manager to join their events team and take ownership of some of the most exciting catering projects in the city.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and deliver a portfolio of high-profile events across London’s top venues.
- Act as primary client liaison, providing expert guidance throughout the event lifecycle.
- Develop creative event concepts and detailed operational plans.
- Oversee event staffing, supplier coordination, logistics, and onsite execution.
- Support junior event managers, contributing to team development.
- Ensure all events reflect the company’s premium service standards and brand ethos.
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in event management, ideally within catering operations at UVL venues.
- Experience within an event caterer, planning and operating events of 150+ guests.
- Strong leadership skills with experience guiding onsite teams.
- A passion for food, service, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as required by event schedules.
