You will be responsible for managing key accounts, securing new business, and ensuring outstanding service delivery, all while contributing to strategic planning and the ongoing development of your team.
What You’ll Do- Lead and manage a small team, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management.
- Own a portfolio of high-value client accounts, building long-term relationships and maximising growth opportunities.
- Develop strategic account plans, ensuring client needs are anticipated and met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior clients, managing expectations and resolving any issues efficiently.
- Support the sales process by identifying opportunities, pitching new solutions, and contributing to proposals.
- Monitor performance metrics, track revenue, and support business planning initiatives.
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within events or agency.
- Amazing knowledge of the London venue scene.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded, target-driven, and able to identify growth opportunities.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- A proactive, client-focused approach with attention to detail and service excellence.
- £40,000–£55,000 base salary
- Performance-based bonus
