My client is a prestigious London event venue with a strong reputation in the corporate and private events market. They are now seeking an Events Sales & Marketing Executive to support the continued growth of the venue through a blend of sales activity, marketing delivery and hands-on event coordination. This is a varied, end-to-end role ideal for someone who enjoys being involved from first enquiry through to event delivery.
Working closely with the wider events and catering team, you will play a key role in driving new business, supporting key accounts and ensuring clients receive a seamless, high-quality experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and respond to incoming event enquiries
- Support new business development activity and assist with key account management
- Create and deliver digital and print marketing activity to promote the venue
- Maintain accurate CRM data and manage sales pipelines
- Assist with site visits, showcase events and industry networking
- Support event planning from contract issue through to final invoice
- Work closely with operations and catering teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Experience within events, sales or marketing, ideally within venues or hospitality
- An understanding of live events, catering and event operations
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Commercially aware and client-focused
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, people-facing environment
- Confident communicator with a proactive and positive approach
