My client is a well‐established live events business with a successful venue‐finding and event agency offering. They are now seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale this side of the business during an exciting phase of growth. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of sales strategy across venue‐finding and event‐management services. You will be responsible for driving new business, growing key accounts and leading a high‐performing sales team, while working closely with delivery teams to ensure strong conversion and repeat business.

The role will suit a commercially minded sales leader who understands agency‐led events, enjoys building relationships and knows how to turn enquiries into long‐term, high‐value clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute sales strategy across venue‐finding and event‐management services
  • Drive new business activity while building and maintaining a strong pipeline
  • Manage, mentor and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Oversee key client relationships from initial enquiry through to repeat business
  • Work closely with operations and event delivery teams to ensure seamless handover and execution
  • Set sales targets, forecast revenue and report on commercial performance
  • Develop pricing models and commercial propositions to support growth
About You
  • Proven experience leading sales within a venue‐finding agency or event agency
  • Strong track record in new business development and revenue growth
  • Confident, hands‐on leader with experience managing and motivating teams
  • Commercially astute with a client‐first mindset
  • Comfortable operating at senior stakeholder level and representing the business externally
