You’ll primarily support young adults aged 18‑24 in the community, with some work involving under‑18s.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of young adults using alcohol and/or drugs across Sefton.
  • Conducting assessments, care planning, and delivering 1:1 psychosocial and digital interventions.
  • Facilitating group work, outreach, and community events.
  • Providing harm reduction advice and brief interventions.
  • Working in partnership with agencies, attending safeguarding meetings, and delivering training.
  • Excellent engagement and partnership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding for children, young people and adults.

Working Hours & Salary:

Hours: Full Time – 37.5 per week. Salary Range: £27,861.26 – £32,002.35 (pro rata for part‑time hours). Please note: full‑time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part‑time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
