Role Overview
The post holder will work as an integral part of CGL and Ingeus, completing Initial Assessments and Action Plans and delivering Foundations of Personal Wellbeing modules to male service users referred into the service by the National Probation Service.
Location: Birmingham Centre City, Perry Barr and Kitt's Green (base TBC, with travel to other sites reimbursed). Full‐time hours: 37.5 per week. Contract type: Permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 11 Foundations of Personal Wellbeing sessions: The Road to Desistance (Parts 1 and 2), Road Map to Desistance, Values, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Behaviour Cycles and Mind Traps, Communication Barriers, Developing Change Capital, Connection and Support Networks, Grief and Loss, Self‐Compassion and Inner Critic, and Giving Back‐Citizenship.
- Conduct initial assessments and action plans for service users, writing detailed reports for each user.
- Maintain excellent organisational skills, time management, and IT proficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience or training in personal wellbeing, therapeutic or behavioural interventions.
- Strong organisational and time‐management abilities.
- Proficiency with information technology and report writing.
