Join our Tower Hamlets Reset Recovery Team as a Volunteer! Are you passionate about helping others create lasting change? As a Recovery Support Volunteer, you'll work alongside Recovery Coordinators to support individuals throughout their treatment and recovery journey. From one-to-one support to recovery planning, you'll help people build confidence, overcome challenges, and move towards a healthier future.
Responsibilities
- Support assessments, recovery plans, and risk management activities.
- Provide one-to-one support and recovery-focused interventions.
- Help service users achieve their personal recovery goals.
- Encourage engagement with recovery activities and community support.
- Work towards managing a small caseload of low-risk clients.
- Record and maintain accurate case notes and service records.
