Reset Recovery Team as a Volunteer!
Do you enjoy fitness, sports, walking, or helping others stay active? As a
Physical Activity Volunteer, you'll support the delivery of engaging activities that promote health, wellbeing, and social connection.
You'll encourage people on their recovery journey to get involved, build confidence, and experience the benefits of an active lifestyle.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Help develop and deliver physical activity sessions.
- Promote activities and encourage participation.
- Support walking groups, fitness sessions, and wellbeing activities.
- Co‑facilitate groups and provide one‑to‑one support where needed.
- Welcome and support participants during sessions.
- Assist with community activities and trips.
- Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.
- Inspire people to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.

This is an exciting opportunity which will allow you to gain experience of volunteering within the substance misuse field.
