Change Grow Live in Halton is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide a diverse staff and volunteer team and oversee the Kitchen Table Community Café.

You will promote recovery-focused, person-centred services and support volunteer recruitment and development.

You will report to the Service Manager, line-manage the Café Lead, and champion safeguarding and partnership work while ensuring high-quality service delivery in a busy community setting.
