We are looking for people who can help us to engage with those who access our services, making sure their voices are heard and that they have a say in how we run our services.

Responsibilities
  • An important part of the role is listening to people and sharing what you have heard with the service, representing their views, and using their feedback to help inform how we develop and improve our services.
  • You will help to ensure people hear about any decisions or changes that are made because of their feedback.
  • You will be working with Change Grow Live staff and connecting with the wider community.

This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about ensuring that the voice of the service user is heard. You will be provided with all the skills, training and support you will need to undertake the role.

Please note that we require you to be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this volunteering role. This post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at an enhanced level.
