About the role:
You’ll primarily support young adults aged 18–24 in the community, with some work involving under-18s. This role includes:
- Managing a caseload of young adults using alcohol and/or drugs across Sefton.
- Conducting assessments, care planning, and delivering 1:1 psychosocial and digital interventions.
- Facilitating group work, outreach, and community events.
- Providing harm reduction advice and brief interventions.
- Working in partnership with agencies, attending safeguarding meetings, and delivering training.
