Change Grow Live in Southall is seeking a dedicated Recovery Support Worker to join our criminal justice and community services team on a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2028. You will act as a liaison between prison in‑reach teams and community services, delivering assessments, harm reduction education, and coordinated care planning to support service users pre- and post‑release.
