You will work to promote trauma informed practice within the team and wider service through consultation, case management, training, reflective practice, and research. Under the supervision of a Senior Psychologist, you will offer a range of evidence-based psychological and psychosocial interventions relevant to address the degree of complexity experienced within this population of people.
Change Grow Live Salary Scale - Scale Points - 26- 32 - £30,134.90 - £36,183.91 (based on full time hours)
Location - Liverpool. We have 8 sites arond Liverpool and jobs will be based in anyone of these.
Contracted Hours - 37.5 hours per week (FTE)

Responsibilities
Our model emphasises physical, psychological, and emotional safety and helps people to rebuild a sense of control and empowerment in their lives and in their communities. You will provide low level brief psychological interventions, primarily in groups, but also on an individual basis; input into service development initiatives; and assist our Psychologists, who will provide regular supervision.
Our national Psychology Team provides connection, peer support, reflective practice and CPD. Our Assistant Psychologists meet regularly, and we offer support in applying for further training.
