Change Grow Live is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide a diverse team at our Halton service, overseeing the Kitchen Table Community Café in Widnes and championing volunteer and peer mentor development. You will support people on their recovery journey with visible leadership and a commitment to a positive, inclusive culture.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will ensure safe, person-centred services, oversee safeguarding and develop partnerships with external agencies to drive.
