Do you believe every young person deserves the opportunity to reach their potential, regardless of the challenges they face?
At Warwickshire Evolve, we're looking for a passionate, motivated and resilient individual to join our team as a Young Person's Resilience Worker.
This is more than a job. It's an opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of young people aged 5-25 affected by substance use, whether that's their own or someone else's.
One day you could be supporting a young person in school, helping them navigate difficult choices. The next, you could be delivering a group session in the community, working alongside partner agencies, or helping a young person identify goals and build the confidence to achieve them.
If you thrive on building relationships, thinking creatively and helping young people overcome barriers, we'd love to hear from you.
