Change Grow Live in Rugby is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to engage new service users into treatment and support their journey toward recovery. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) and permanent, operating within the Entry Into Service team to coordinate screening, assessment and onward referrals.
You will collaborate with partners, guide individuals through planning and advocacy, and deliver group sessions to promote recovery and resilience in the local community.
