Change Grow Live is seeking an experienced ISFL Recovery Worker for the HMP Rochester site.
You will manage the ISFL Wing caseload and lead groups, recovery programmes and individual interventions to support recovery.
You will collaborate with the Clinical Substance Misuse Team, support reviews, and help develop integrated care plans while promoting harm reduction and self-determination in a secure environment.
