Change Grow Live in Bromley is seeking an Entry Into Service Worker on a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027. The role is 37.5 hours per week, based in Bromley, with a focus on helping people access treatment and support as they begin their recovery journey.
You will engage with individuals entering services, carry out assessments, safeguard when needed and collaborate with recovery coordinators, clinicians and partner agencies to ensure connections to the right support.
